Titicus Mountain Preserve comprises two parcels as the natural space fulfillment of the Sonneborn Estates. The smaller 2.3-acre parcel, located near the beginning of Madeline Drive, is a wetland that remains in its natural state, without trails. The larger 16.6-acre parcel can be accessed via the red trail, which passes through an easement at the end of Madeline Drive. The trail forms a loop through the sloping deciduous forest and down to a stream. A short, blue trail serves as a connector, allowing for a shorter loop. The property contains several rock walls indicating its earlier use as farmland.

Parking is available at the cul-de-sac at the end of Madeline Drive.
