You’re Invited to the Midsummer Party for Conservation
It is conservation’s biggest night of the year, and we want you to be there. Together, we are accelerating the pace of conservation across Northwest Connecticut and are on the path to opening four new public nature preserves, totaling more than 1,100 acres. Every ticket helps expand access to nature and safeguards irreplaceable forests, farms, and waters, now and for generations to come. Join us on July 25 for an unforgettable evening in support of the places that make this region extraordinary.
Your Support Is Making a Difference
The results of your commitment to nature are in. NCLC's annual Impact Report is now available. Explore a year of meaningful conservation milestones, from new public preserves and protected farmland to regional partnerships, climate-smart agriculture, and community stewardship. Together, we are building a more resilient future for Northwest Connecticut’s lands, waters, and wildlife. Check out the report to see what your support made possible.
Founded in 1965, Northwest Connecticut Land Conservancy is the state’s largest land trust. As a guardian of natural and working lands, public recreation areas, and drinking water resources, NCLC permanently protects 14,400 acres (and growing) of vast, connected natural areas in Litchfield and northern Fairfield Counties.
