REQUESTS FOR PROPOSALS

NCLC is seeking proposals from farmers interested in leasing approximately 8 acres of permanently protected farmland at Hunt Hill Farm Preserve in New Milford. For more than 20 years, this land has been operated as a Christmas tree farm. While continued Christmas tree production is preferred, we welcome proposals for other sustainable agricultural operations that align with our conservation mission.
