Volunteer

Volunteering allows you to pursue your passion while contributing to a cause that’s important to you. There are many ways to volunteer at NCLC, from office-based projects to tabling events to trail maintenance at an NCLC preserve.

An ongoing opportunity includes our Volunteer Trail Crew Days. On select Fridays from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m., join us and lend a hand on a trail at an NCLC public nature preserve.

• April 25, 2025 – at The Ledges (Brookfield), in preparation for its grand opening.
• May 30, 2025 – at Towner Hill Preserve (Sherman). Park at the White Silo Winery.
• June 27, 2025 – at Birch Rocks (Brookfield)
• July 25, 2025 – at Strauss Morrissey Preserve (Sherman)
